… not much!
I admit to being a “Type A” personality. I accept that I am often “intense” as I dig into projects and pursue my passions.
So, to declare that I haven’t been thinking about much is quite an admission that certainly goes against type. What’s up with this?!
Easy answer — it’s SUMMER! Even the hottest day beckons me to spend hours on a golf course or stretched out on the porch reading — and napping. Meal planning is stress free as we dive into Jersey Fresh with simple stuff on the grill. I find that my daily “to do” lists are often quite sparse, if not forgotten entirely because…IT’S SUMMER!
Summer is for sharing leisurely days with family and friends who come to visit.We’ve have so much fun with the grands here for the first time in several years — life interrupted by Covid is now back in full swing! Long days of swimming, exploring new fishing spots, a visit to the shops in town and lunch out, Smores at the fire pit, cards on the porch as we count the fireflies — it is prime time for fun!
